NRCDV's People of Color Caucus believes all people of color working in the movement to end gender-based violence deserve access to support and practical tools. That is why Caucus members are available to provide technical assistance (TA) and support to their peers in the field. They bring their knowledge of what it is like to work and thrive in the gender-based violence movement. They can offer insights, a sounding board, and resources based on their lived experiences. Technical assistance and support are guided by shared understandings, respect, and solidarity. It does not include counseling and/or legal or HR advice.
